Examination
※We will charge 20,000yen for the second opinion in the patients who received refractive surgery (LASIK, ICL, etc).
The consultation charge (pre LASIK/SMILE/ICL/Orthokeratology) for the patients who could NOT speak English or Japanese will be 20,000yen.
Periodic post-operative examinations
※Additional tests and drug prescriptions will be charged. Routine examinations for those covered by the old surgical fee schedule will be subject to the prescribed examination fee.
